With the slogan ‘one day can change your life’, since 2012, Global Wellness Day has shone a light on a need we all share: to live well both physically and emotionally, be healthier, and look better.
This year’s theme is ‘Magenta Nature’ and is focused on reconnecting with nature. There are many activities across the world under four pillars: Eat Natural, Be in Nature, Protect Nature, Be the Nature (spiritual).
