We’re passionate about food – how it tastes and how it keeps us healthy and thriving. That’s why our culinary experiences are designed with the well-being of our guests and hosts in mind (and they’re even more delicious because of it).
Eat With Six Senses is our food and drink philosophy. It is about making conscious choices that helps us simply live better. It supports our core values and culture of health, wellness and sustainability. By default, Eat will have an impact on all our guests. Enjoy your vacation, safe in the knowledge you’re eating better quality food through cleaner, healthier ingredients that are responsibly sourced and thoughtfully prepared. It’s also part of the fabric of our culture, with an educational platform and nutritious meal options available to all of our hosts too. Of course, no one wakes up dreaming of lettuce, so you can be sure that the dishes we serve are mouthwateringly delicious and good for you.
Wherever you are in the world, and whether you’re enjoying rooftop dining at Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain, China, or setting sail on board the golden dhow at Six Senses Zighy Bay, Oman, your dishes will be crafted with our core principles.
Natural ingredients – our kitchens work with fresh foods, whole foods and foods prepared from scratch. Where possible, we grow our own for the ultimate organic farm-to-fork produce.
Local & sustainable – We believe it’s important to know where our food comes from, which is why our chefs connect with local farmers, producers and suppliers to understand the food supply chain as part of our commitment to responsible sourcing. We believe in working with companies that share our same standards of sustainability and ethical practices.
Less is More – this mantra focuses on the concept of “everything in moderations”, with an emphasis on quality food and solutions to reduce packaging. We are mindful about the use of gluten, soy, lactose (dairy), refined sugar, lectins and ban MSG from our kitchens.
What we eat is only half of the story: we like to drink to your good health too.
