Conscious Body Therapy – TCM Treatment

Experience a fusion of traditional Chinese medicine and modern therapeutic approaches for a holistic reset. Drawing on ancient Tui Na techniques alongside cupping, meridian stimulation, and gua sha, this treatment releases tension and restores energetic flow. Conscious Body Therapy offers a holistic reset, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.

Shiatsu Namikoshi Style

Rooted in Japan’s primary form of shiatsu, the Namikoshi method uses pressure from the thumbs, fingers, palms, elbows, and feet to stimulate the body’s meridians and influence internal physiology. This session includes a brief consultation and full-body stimulation to calm the nervous system, encourage relaxation, and leave you feeling balanced and deeply restored.

Shamanic Drum Journey – Ritual Healing
