Inspired by Zen Shiatsu, the session begins with settling into the breath before moving through gentle stretches to open the energy meridians of the body. You’ll start to feel a profound sense of release and expansion.
This intuitive form of aquatic bodywork is most effective after an initial Watsu and encourages greater fluidity and flexibility.
Learn the easy, flowing and soothing moves of this water-based exercise inspired by Tai Chi and Watsu and resulting in a meditative and relaxing experience.
