She has been dedicated to living a life of optimal health and happiness since 1999, with a personal mission to live to 120 years old. For the past 28 years, Vicki has been studying, practicing, and teaching health and wellness, empowering individuals to live their best lives. She helps people find sustainable ways to improve their well-being by providing knowledge, tools, and inspiration to support them on their journey toward longevity and vitality.
Vicki co-founded The Lotus Healing Centre in Melbourne, Australia, with Dr. Martin Nguyen. She is also the host of the One Body One Life Podcast and serves as the Director of Jomeis Fine Foods.
