  Pets allowed in villas with designated room numbers. Please book pet-friendly stays at least 2 days in advance. An immunization certificate with a signed pet instruction agreement are required upon check in. A pet cleaning fee applies. Please contact our reservations team for reservations and details.
Family Plan
- All villas can accommodate four adults plus two children under 12 years and suites can accommodate two adults plus one child under 12 years. The daybed turns into a sleeping bed, and if an extra bed is required we charge CNY550 inclusive of one breakfast.
  
  A complimentary baby crib is available with advance notice; we do not offer a crib bumper service.
  
  Food and Beverage Services
  - Complimentary food for children aged 5 years and below
  - 50 percent off the regular menu and full charge for the children’s menu for children aged between 6 and 11 years
  - Full charge on our regular menu for children aged 12 years and above
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50 percent of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.
Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits
- Credit card with full billing details of cardholder to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking if the card used for the guarantee is declined by the issuer.
  
  Depending on the dates of your reservation, a deposit by credit card is required to secure your guaranteed booking:
  
  Peak Season - Full payment during for reservations in Peak Season will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, 59 days prior to the arrival date.
  
  Shoulder / High Season - Credit card details, including card number plus the 3 or 4-digit CVV number, cardholder name, billing address and card validity, is required at the time of making a reservation. The card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent of the total reservation 20 days prior to the arrival date.
