Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Festive and Peak Seasons
- 100 percent (accommodation, meal plan and transfers) less than 60 days prior to arrival.
High Season
- 100 percent (accommodation, meal plan and transfers) less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Shoulder Season
- 100 percent (accommodation, meal plan and transfers) less than 21 days prior to arrival.
Unexpected departure from the resort will be charged as per the reserved booking. Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort by return fax or email.
Deposit
A deposit of two nights is required for confirmation at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon cancellation cut-off.

A number of our beautiful residences are being developed. Please be assured that you can still enjoy all resort facilities and services, while phase two of our development is under way.

Arrivals And Departures

Early Arrival
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm in our villas and suites and 3:00 pm in our residences. While every endeavor will be made to have accommodations ready earlier, this cannot be guaranteed. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience. Shower facilities and luggage storage will remain at your disposal for early arrival.Late Departure
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50 percent of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied. Shower facilities and luggage storage will remain at your disposal for late departure.

Should guests wish to make full payment by a credit card, we will send a pro-forma invoice along with a secure link for online payment. Should guests wish to make full payment by a Bank Transfer, we will send the invoice together with our bank details.
