Round-trip transfers between Velana International Airport and the resort are by seaplane flight to Six Senses Kanuhura. The rate is USD 880.44 inclusive of taxes per person. This will be arranged and booked by the resort upon making a reservation.
Seaplane flights within Maldives operate from sunrise to sunset. Depending on the destination you are flying to, variable schedules determine the best connecting flight in line with your international flight or onward transfer. Flight schedules remain subject to change and are traditionally released to the resort by the domestic airline company at/around 6:00 pm daily.
On some occasions your seaplane may have a stop en route to drop off and pick up passengers at other resorts. We will endeavor to provide you with the most direct route, subject to availability and the required connecting time for your international flight, or onward transfer arrangements.
20 kilograms for checked-in luggage, plus 5 kilograms for hand luggage per person. Baggage exceeding these allowances will be subject to excess weight charges, which will be advised by the airline. If you are planning to bring oversized items such as surfboards, strollers, etc., please let us know well in advance so that we can confirm with the seaplane operator that they can be carried on your flight due to baggage space limitations. You should also advise us and your travel advisor in advance if you plan to travel with excess baggage.
It is illegal to bring alcohol and pork into Maldives - they will be removed from your luggage before you enter the country. Guests are also prohibited to travel with dogs in the Maldives
