Many of the world's cuisines are represented at Six Senses Kanuhura restaurants but all have one thing in common. Fresh and locally sourced Maldives Island ingredients from our Organic Garden, local fishermen and farmers or from the wider region. Following the Eat With Six Senses global initiative focusing on healthy and sustainable eating, our international culinary team combine flavors and aromas to bring the most delicious dishes, from East and West, to your plate.
Kick-start your day with breakfast with your feet in the sand. A plentiful selection of freshly cut fruit, all-time classics, healthy juices, fluffy pancakes awaits you, along with your freshly brewed coffee. For dinner, you can choose from an array of dishes with South East Asian, Italian, Indian and Japanese influences and signature buffets.
Traditional Italian recipes, passed on from generation to generation, land on Kanuhura's shores and we add a contemporary twist. The pizza oven is the center-piece of Bottega, spreading the inviting smell of homemade sour-dough pizzas. Large sharing salads, homemade pasta with fresh herbs from the organic garden and local seasonal ingredients are complemented with a selection of Mediterranean wines, Italian aperitivos and classic cocktails.
Freshly caught local reef fish sizzle slowly on the grill, marinated with fresh herbs from our Organic Garden and local spices, along with crisp, refreshing colorful salads and seafood dishes, are served for a castaway lunch on a deserted island.
Relaxing poolside moments and ocean views, call for a hearty lunch, with charcoal fire cooked meat cuts and the freshest local catch of the day. As the sun sets over the ocean, our chefs change the mood and give a Japanese twist to your evenings, with sushi, sashimi, golden crunchy tempura and fresh seafood selections. Our bartenders shake, muddle and stir colorful cocktails or freshly squeezed juices, perfect for refreshing after a long dip in the pool or for watching the sun set.
Set on the iconic beach on the northern tip of Kanuhura, The Point features a Spanish-influenced menu with tapas and nibbles to share and a wine bar, housing some of the finest labels from around the world.
