Lobster Barbecue on the Beach

Once a week, just after sunset as the colors of the Maldivian sky are vibrant and slowly giving way to a starry night, our chefs prepare a variety of local seafood, including lobster, reef fish and beef. These are accompanied by refreshing salads and other organic ingredients produced from our own gardens.
