Offering its signature sushi and contemporary Japanese dishes, Sumosan offers its first Alpine outpost at the heart of Courchevel 1850 within Six Senses Residences Courchevel. The Courchevel restaurant and bar provide a welcome antidote to the traditional fondue and raclette, with dishes exclusive to the new site. The menu features signature Sumosan favorites,including grilled creamy spicy Kamchatka king crab leg, thinly sliced yellowtail with truffle yuzu vinaigrette, 24-hour miso marinated black cod, and Japanese crispy sushi rice pizza with salmon furikake. Innovative, exclusive dishes also include Japanese homemade baked milk bread Wagyu fillet sando sandwich with truffle fries, and T&T (tuna & truffle) and Kamchatka king crab California roll. The sushi is torched table-side: who said all the fun is on the pistes?
