  Pet policy
  The hotel welcomes small, fully trained, and restrained dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms. Pets are welcome in all areas of the hotel except the specialty restaurant and spa area. A daily fee of EUR 50 per pet.
  
  City Tax
  Local City Tax of EUR 10 per guest per night is applicable in addition to the room rate and is payable upon check out. Not applicable for children below the age of 10 years.
Family Plan
- Family Plan
  - Children aged 3 to 11 years stay for free in their parents’ room in a day bed or a rollaway bed always subject to availability. Breakfast is charged at 50 percent, a selection from the children's menu is charged at 100 percent, a selection from the regular menu is charged at 50 percent.
  - Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices. If the child turns 12 years old during the stay we will honor the 6 to 11 years policy until the end of the stay.
  - In our Deluxe Room, Superior Deluxe Room, Junior Suite, Deluxe Junior Suite, Terrace Junior Suite it is possible to add a rollaway bed for a third adult or a child.
  - In our Deluxe Suite, Corner Suite, and Salviati Suite it is possible to add a rollaway bed to accommodate 3 adults and a baby in a cot.
  - Two Bedroom Mellini can accommodate up to 7 adults and the Two Bedroom Lata Suite can accommodate up to 5 adults.
  - Complimentary entrance to our Roman Baths for guests and kids from 16 years old and above.
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Rooms check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the room/suite from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate room/suite availability for the best possible arrival experience.
  If you choose not to reserve an additional night for early arrival, please feel free to enjoy the hotel’s facilities while we store your belongings.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon beyond this time late check-out charge may be applied.
Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits
- Groups and Events Reservations
  Reservations for groups and events requiring five or more rooms are to be made directly with the hotel as a specific guarantee and cancellation policies apply. Block bookings of five or more rooms made via our website or an agency will not be honored without the hotel's specific authorization.
