• Q: What is Alma?

  • A: Alma is a unique three-day soul adventure that aims to create a frequency through connections, insights, and celebration. Alma brings together international thought-leaders and the best of Ibiza’s abundant talent, curating a rich program of events and workshops, live music, artistic performances, and culinary experiences to inspire and amuse.

• Q: When is Alma?

  • A: Alma will begin in the evening on Wednesday November 6, 2024, and end with a closing celebration on Friday November 9, 2024. Guests are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday by 5pm for the opening keynote.

• Q: Where is Alma?

  • A: Alma will be hosted at Six Senses Ibiza, located at Xarraca Bay on the northern tip of Ibiza.

Tickets

• Q: What does a ticket to Alma include?

  • A: Three nights accommodation at Six Senses Ibiza, food and beverage, access to all programming and events. For Saturday, you have the option to purchase a day pass which does not include accommodation but includes lunch as well as access to all programming and activities.

• Q: Where can I learn more about Alma’s programming and events?

  • A: Please visit https://www.sixsenses.com/en/resorts/ibiza/alma to learn more about our featured speakers, wellness practitioners, and programming. Note that programming will be released over time and that a full schedule will be provided to guests shortly before the event.

• Q: How do I book tickets for me and my partner/spouse/friend/guest if we would like to share accommodations during Alma?

  • A: During the standard booking process, you will see an option for single or double occupancy tickets. Please select the double option, which includes two tickets for access to all festival programming and inclusions with your double room reservation.

Travel & accommodations

• Q: When should I arrive and when should I depart?

  • A: We recommend guests arrive in Ibiza no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Sunday, November 5, 2023, will be a full day of programming. Check-out time is 12:00 pm, but you are welcome to stay in the resort and enjoy the full program on Sunday.

• Q: How do I get there?

  • A: Ibiza international airport is a 35-minute drive from Six Senses Ibiza and welcomes international and domestic flights plus private jets and helicopters. If you would like Six Senses to assist you in arranging transfers to and from the airport, please email guestservices-ibiza@sixsenses.com

• Q: What if I want to come to Six Senses early and/or stay after Alma?

  • A: If you would like to extend your stay at Six Senses Ibiza, please email reservations-ibiza@sixsenses.com with your Alma confirmation details and your preferred check-in and check-out dates so they can assist you.

• Q: Is there parking available?

  • A: Yes, if you are local or renting a car, parking is available at Six Senses Ibiza for your stay.

• Q: What are my options for accommodations?

  • A: Six Senses Ibiza has an array of deluxe guest rooms, and suites. Please visit the Six Senses Ibiza website for more details on accommodation types and descriptions. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact reservations-ibiza@sixsenses.com.

• Q: Can I purchase a ticket to Alma festival without accommodation?

  • A: Yes, we offer a Saturday Pass, which does not include accommodation, but includes lunch and access to the daily programming and activities scheduled for Saturday November 9, 2024 from 9 am to 5pm.

Food & beverage

• Q: Is food included in my Alma ticket?

  • A: Yes, the Alma package includes meals as an integral part of the program. The journey starts with an opening keynote and dinner on Wednesday November 6, 2024. Meals continue to be communal experiences throughout the event. However, it's essential to be aware that any room service, drinks, a la carte requests, or meals not directly included in the Alma program will incur additional costs.

• Q: Is beverage included in my Alma ticket?

  • A: Yes. All beverages including alcoholic beverage services at dinner and evening programs are included. *Please note that mini-bar, room service, and alcoholic beverages beyond dinner and outside of the Alma program will be at cost to you.

• Q: I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Will you be able to accommodate?

  • A: Yes. All food service will offer a variety of options for various diets including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions that we should be aware of, please let our reservations team know by contacting reservations-ibiza@sixsenses.com.
