Just north of Santa Gertrudis, we cultivate fresh organic fruit and vegetables on our 12-hectare farm, producing ingredients that make their way to the chef’s table and onto your dinner plates. Join us on harvest day for a guided tour through the abundant fields to see where the magic begins. Discover the secrets of the soil, find out about the plants and herbs, flowers and seeds, that thrive here, and listen to the story of how it all started. After all that fresh air, you’ll be ready to tuck into a hearty Mediterranean breakfast of veg and fruit hand-picked by you and a grilled sobrassada (Balearic sausage) or two. Then sit back, feel a connection to the land, and enjoy the calm of the rippling countryside. You’ll need your own transport to and from the farm.
