      • High Season

        • Guests are responsible for 100 percent of the total reserved value for cancellations made within 30 days to the arrival date.
        • A deposit of 100 percent total reserved value is required 30 days before expected arrival date.

        Peak Season

        • Guests are responsible for 100 percent of total reserved value for cancellations made within 60 days to the arrival date.
        • A deposit of 100 percent total reserved value is required 60 days before expected arrival date.

        Shoulder Season

        • Guests are responsible for 100 percent of total reserved value for cancellations made within 7 days to the arrival date.
        • A deposit of 100 percent total reserved value is required 7 days before expected arrival date.

    Pet Policy
    The resort welcomes small, fully trained, and restrained dogs weighing less than 44 pounds (twenty kilograms). Pets are welcome in all areas of the resort except the specialty restaurant and spa area. A daily fee of CHF 50 per pet and a cleaning fee of CHF 200 per stay will apply.

• Family Plan

  • Children aged 5 years and below stay for free in their parents' room in a baby cot or day bed, always subject to availability, and eat for free from the children's menu.

    Children aged 6 to 11 years stay for free in their parents' room in a day bed, always subject to availability. Breakfast is charged at 50 percent, a selection from the children's menu is charged at 100 percent, a selection from the regular menu is charged at 50 percent.

    Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices. If the child turns 12 years old during the stay we will honor the 6 - 11 years policy until the end of the stay.

    In Terrace Room, Superior Terrace Room, Deluxe Terrace Room, and Terrace Suite, in addition to the maximum occupancy of 2 guests, only 1 additional child under the age of 18 years is allowed.

    In Three-Bedroom Terrace Suite, in addition to the maximum occupancy of 6 guests, only 1 additional child under the age of 18 years is allowed.

• Arrivals And Departures

  • Early arrival
    Rooms check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the room/suite from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate room/suite availability for the best possible arrival experience.

    If you choose not to reserve an additional night for early arrival, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings.

    Late departure
    Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Beyond this time, late check-out charges are applied: until 6:00 pm, 50 percent of the daily rate, after 6:00 pm 100 percent of the daily rate.

    If you choose not to reserve an additional night for late departure, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings.

• Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits

  • Credit card details are required to confirm the booking. For safety reasons, credit card details must only be provided through a secure link that will be sent by our reservation team upon confirmation of booking. It will be used as a guarantee only and the payment of your stay will be due on the day of your departure from the resort. Exceptions apply during high and peak season when the credit card will be charged 100 percent of the total stay, 30 days and 60 days respectively prior to arrival.

    Groups and Events Reservations
    Reservations for groups and events requiring five or more rooms are to be made directly with the resort as specific guarantee and cancellation policies apply. Block bookings of five or more rooms made via our website or an agency will not be honored without the resort’s specific authorization.
