Castle Life
Journey back in time as you tour an authentic 16th-century castle in Sierre, Switzerland, followed by a wine tasting with commentary from a professional oenologist. After the tasting, enjoy a raclette lunch or dinner in one of the private rooms of the castle and develop your palate by tasting five traditional Swiss raclette cheeses served with typical dried meats from the region, paired with carefully selected white wines. Finish the meal on a sweet note accompanied by a selection of local liquors.
