For stays from April 1 to April 30 and October 1 to October 31, a 4-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made 0 to 3 days prior to arrival will result in a night’s charge.

For stays from May 1 t0 June 13 and September 15 to September 30, an 8-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made 0 to 7 days prior to arrival will result in a night’s charge.

Children are welcome
- Children between the ages of 0 to 5 stay and eat for free.
- The supplement for breakfast for children between the ages of 6 to 11 is EUR 60. An additional EUR 65 is applied for half-board; EUR 100 for full-board.
- Children ages 12 and more, are subject to an additional EUR 120 for breakfast fee including an extra bed.
- Children ages 14 or above are welcome to all activities, and classes and to use facilities, restaurants, and services.
- Children under 14 years may use the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for safety.
- Adult supervision is required when children are using the outdoor tennis and basketball courts.
- Hydrothermal facilities may only be used by guests 18 years or above.
- Children must be over 14 years to use fitness facilities at any time.
- Teens from 14 to 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using closed-door services such as massage, facial, health and healing service and others.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the room or villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate room or villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.Late departure
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50 percent of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied.

Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits

Bookings are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Should guests wish to guarantee the booking by credit card, we require the credit card number with expiration date and CVC code. Should guests wish to guarantee the booking by a bank transfer, we will send the invoice along with our bank details. Deposit or full payment before arrival may be required for certain stay periods or rate plans. Payment policies vary by season or rate.
