At Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval, there’s a harmonious relationship between our heritage and our cuisine. Within each dish lies a sense of purpose—and promise. From char-grilled steaks and fish to Peruvian-inspired sushi, small plates, and sharable desserts, every drink and dish is made from the finest and freshest ingredients available. Toros mirrors its cuisine through its beverage list, focusing on artisanal spirits and letting the highest quality of ingredients shine through. Toro Latin Gastro Bar in Istanbul is adjacent to Sait Pasa mansion, an old Ottoman cistern, which was used as a source of fresh water for the former Kocatas soda company. Both heritage mansions have been carefully renovated and converted by a team of skilled restorationists to return them to the golden era of La Belle Époque.
