​How to get to Six Senses Shaharut

Your adventure to Six Senses Negev Desert hotel begins with a transfer from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, which can be traveling through biblical and breathtaking landscapes by road, a combination of air and land, or the ultimate bird's eye experience from your chartered helicopter.

    • The journey to Shaharut is part of the story, traveling through the timeless landscape steeped in history. A comfortable transfer can be arranged to the resort, with the drive from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem taking around 3.5 hours, or 3 hours from Petra in neighboring Jordan. Various vehicle types can be reserved through the resort.

      Alternatively, you can opt for a 50-minute domestic flight from Tel Aviv to the new international airport, Ramon, near Eliat, which also directly serves key European markets. From there, it is a 45-minute transfer to the resort.

      Helicopter flights from Tel Aviv to Shaharut are available and must be booked in advance.

    • Driving from Ramon Airport

      • Driving from Ramon Airport, head north and turn right to Route 90.
      • Turn left on Route 40 following the Route 12 sign, and turn left again to Route 12 (Uvda).
      • After passing Neot Smadar and Neve Harif, turn left at Uvda towards Shaharut.
      • Continue on the road for 10 kilometers until you see the Six Senses Shaharut sign on the left hand side of the road.


      Driving from Jerusalem [via the Dead Sea]

      • Drive towards French Hill on HaTsanhanim Street.
      • Keep to the left, and take the ramp onto Route 60.
      • Merge onto Route 60 and use the right lane to take the ramp to Route 1, following the signs to Ma'ale Adumim.
      • Drive 26 kilometers and then turn right to Route 90.
      • Continue south on Route 90 following the signs to Eilat.
      • Turn right on Route 40.
      • Continue on Route 40, following the Route 12 sign, and turn left again to Route 12 (Uvda).
      • After passing Neot Smadar and Neve Harif, turn left at Uvda towards Shaharut.
      • Continue on the road for 10 kilometers until you see the Six Senses Shaharut sign on the left hand side of the road.


      Driving from Tel Aviv [this route has tolls]

      • Drive onto Route 1 following the signs to Jerusalem/ Ben Gurion Airport.
      • Keep left at the fork to continue on Yitzhak Rabin Hwy/Route 6, follow signs for South.
      • Drive South towards Eilat and turn right to Route 40. Continue on Route 40, following the Route 12 sign, and turn left again to Route 12 (Uvda).
      • After passing Neot Smadar and Neve Harif, turn left at Uvda towards Shaharut.

      Continue on the road for 10 kilometers until you see the Six Senses Shaharut sign on the left hand side of the road.

    • Please note that the flying of unlicensed drones is prohibited in Israel and it is therefore not allowed at the resort.
