Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:
Peak Season
- A 60-day prior cancellation notice required. Cancellation made within 59-day time will be charged 100 percent of stay.
High/Shoulder Season
- A 30-day prior cancellation notice required. Cancellation made within 29-day time will be charged 100 percent of stay.
Low Season
- An 8-day prior cancellation notice required. Cancellation made within 7-day time will be charged 100 percent of stay.

We understand that your plans or flight timings may fall outside of our normal check-in policy. Should this happen, we recommend reserving your villa the night previous to your early flight arrival. One-night villa charges will apply to secure the villa for late arrival or early check-in.Late departure
We understand that your plans or flight timings may fall outside of our normal check-out policy. Should this happen, we recommend reserving your villa for an additional night in the case of late departures. If availability allows a late checkout, charges until 6.00 pm will be charged 50 percent of the rate, and charges after 6.00 pm will be 100 percent of the rate.If you choose not to reserve an additional night, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings. Our spa will be available (up to 9.00 pm) for you to refresh prior to departure from the resort.
