When to visit Zighy Bay
High season is from October to May, at which time we promote outdoor and daytime activities such as hiking, biking, and many more excursions. During the warmer months from May to September, a large variety of indoor, water and evening activities are on offer.

March to April
Tuna season: many Omanis make their livelihood from fishing, and the villagers of Zighy Bay are traditional fishermen. For a few weeks the Musandam waters are rich with local tuna, with some catches even valued up to OMR 3,000!

January to March
Take a voyage through the Musandam Peninsula on a traditional Omani Dhow and discover nature both over and underwater as you glide along the waters of Haffa, Sanna't, Lima, Charia, and Hamra.
