Surrounding our main Oasis complex in Saudi Arabia is a collection of 36 guest hotel rooms and suites, featuring an open-plan bedroom and living area, and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the serenity of the pristine landscape and nature as far as the eye can see. All hotel rooms offer expansive views of Saudi Arabia's wadi and desert dunes beyond.

The 40-pool villas are dotted in strategic locations to offer prime aspects over the unique desert peaks. Ranging from one to four bedrooms, villas are inspired by the shape of the dunes, with their double-layered undulating roofs creating their own unique scenery. Inside, the interiors of the accommodation reflect the tones and textures of the Saudi Arabian desert, with soft furnishings drawing from the rich colors and patterns of traditional Bedouin tribal dress.

- Kids Policy
  
  Children are welcome.
  
  Children who are 12 years or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding/day beds of a room shared with a paying adult guest. Children 12 years and older are charged the adult supplement of SAR 525 per night. These supplemental charges are subject to applicable taxes and are based on the total Suite and Villa occupancy.
  
  Extra beds are not available in the Wadi Room.
  
  Baby cribs are free of charge and are upon advance request. A babysitting service is available upon request with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Charges apply.
  
  Food and Beverage Services
  
  For children aged below 12 years old, breakfast is charged a supplement of SAR 90 per night. Children aged above 12 years old are charged the adult supplement of SAR 180 per night. If your child turns 12 during the stay, we will honor the below 12 years policy until the end of the stay.
  
  Wellness & Guest Facilities
  
  Our spa and fitness facilities are open to adults only.
  
  Children are welcome to the facilities when part of Grow With Six Senses weekly activities schedule, which incorporates the six dimensions of wellness.
  
  At Six Senses, we believe that everyone can benefit from receiving spa treatments, including children. Our services are adapted to a child’s needs, and we offer treatments with children below 14 years, in the comfort of our dedicated Grow With Six Senses space. We recommend that a parent or guardian is present in the room at the time of service. You can either schedule a couple’s massage to enjoy the service simultaneously or quietly observe the treatment.
  
  Guaranteed Connecting Room
  
  If you would like your rooms to be connected, additional charges apply, subject to applicable taxes and availability:
  SAR 563 per night: Two rooms connected
  SAR 750 per night: Room and suite connected
  SAR 1,500 per night: Two suites connected
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. If you'd like to arrive earlier, please reserve and pay for the accommodation from the night before your arrival, which will ensure immediate availability and the best possible arrival experience.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Beyond this time, late check-out charges are applied, subject to availability. If a late check-out is required, we advise you to book the night after.
Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits
- Cancellation policy
  
  Reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. No refund can be made within those days prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy or feel free to contact our reservations team directly.
  
  Peak season (October to January)
  - Full payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival date.
  High season (February)
  - Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  Shoulder season (March, April, and September)
  - Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival date.
  Low season (May to August)
  - Full payment is required 7 days prior to your arrival date.
