The menu features plant-based Arabic tapas with a bar counter displaying a variety of snacks. A wide mix of pastries is available for a light continental breakfast and small bites will be served during the day, accompanied by an exceptional range of café items including hot and cold Saudi Arabian coffee and tea varieties. Merkaz will also introduce unique themed dinner menus, from Japanese favorites to house-made cheese, paired with non-alcoholic creations from our brew bar team.
