Indistinguishable from the island’s dramatic boulders and lush jungle, the visionary design of The Sanctuary offers an extra ensuite bedroom and feels like an ultimate movie set for a vacation with a happily ever after. Birds sing. Fruit bats hang from the trees. Open your eyes in the master bedroom (trust us, sleep with the curtains open) and the dawn breaks through floor-to-ceiling glass windows on three sides. You’ll feel like you’re the only people on a castaway island (while safe in the knowledge that a spa treatment or chilled bottle of Sauvignon are actually within easy reach).
In this Ultimate Playground, your dedicated service team – including a chef, GEM, and housekeeper – will ensure you’ll want for nothing. A host of adventures are included with every stay at this Seychelles private villa.
The architecture reacts to each Residence, leaving any unique features untouched or framing others where possible. Each uses local materials as far as possible, so as not to detract from their environment but add to it. The architect was Richard Hywel Evans (studio RHE), and his favorite feature is the see-through swimming pool. Where else can you eat breakfast under the breaststroke?
Extra space and serenity to soothe your soul
Descending the stairs and taking in the vista is truly breathtaking, you’ll be temporarily lost for words.
The contemporary master bathroom features vast floor-to-ceiling vistas, with doors opening directly to the plunge pool on the upper terrace, plus ensuite with double vanity and free-standing tub.
On the lower level, the spacious living area sparkles from natural light filtering through the transparent base of the pool above, adding a playful element to the elegant space.
A generous terrace fringes the large infinity-edge pool on the lower level with more island panoramas, while three bedrooms with marble ensuite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen share the amazing views.
Finished in warm grey marble, honey-colored oak floors are featured throughout, with the deck taking on a soft gray weathered finish.
