Choose from 71 guest accommodations including bedrooms with panoramic river views, spacious suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and wooden bridges leading to secret gardens. All are sensitively refurbished to blend traditional highlights with our Six Senses natural style. Tucked away in our gardens is our best-kept secret for larger groups: a One or Two Bedroom Villa, each with a private swimming pool. Just next door, in a beautifully renovated wine lodge, there are nine new Valley Rooms and Suites, which may be reserved individually or together to offer up to nine bedrooms, shared lounge with cozy fireplace, gardens with shaded gazebos, and a shared swimming pool and vitality pool. Our team will always try to accommodate any special requests and accessibility requirements but we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

  We welcome guests 12 years old and above. Children under 12 years old are welcome in the spa pool from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm when accompanied by an adult.

  - Cancellation Policy
    - Unexpected departure from the resort will be charged as per the reserved booking. Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by the resort. We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a cancellation of your reservation. The required notification varies per season:
      
      For stays from June 1, 2022 to June 30, a 5-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made 0 to 4 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.
      
      For stays from July 1, 2022 to September 30, a 10-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made 0 to 9 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.
      
      High Season
      
      Guest is responsible for 100 percent of total reserved value for cancellations made within 21 days to the arrival date.
      
      Deposit of 100 percent total reserved value is required 21 days before expected arrival date.
      
      Low Season
      
      Cancellation made less than one day before expected arrival date, guest is responsible for 1 night charge.
      
      No show guest is responsible for 100 percent of total reserved value. Credit card with full billing details of cardholder to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking.
      
      Peak Season
      
      Guest is responsible for 100 percent of total reserved value for cancellations made within 21 days to the arrival date.
      
      Deposit of 100 percent total reserved value is required 21 days before expected arrival date.

  Spa Facilities
  Free use of spa facilities; we welcome guests 14 years old and above.
  
  Pet Policy
  Pets allowed. The resort welcomes small pets weighing less than 15 pounds (seven kilograms). Fully trained and restrained.
  
  Room with a Terrace
  Some of our rooms in the resort have a terrace and can be requested subject to availability and depending on the room category for a supplement of EUR 50 per night.
Family Plan
- Children aged 5 years and below stay for free in their parents' room in a baby cot or day bed, always subject to availability, and eat for free from the children's menu.
  
  Children aged 6 to 11 years stay for free in their parents' room in a day bed, always subject to availability. Breakfast is charged at 50 percent, a selection from the children's menu is charged at 100 percent, a selection from the regular menu is charged at 50 percent.
  
  Children aged 12 or above are charged adult prices. If the child turns 12 years old during the stay we will honor the 6 - 11 years policy until the end of the stay.
Arrivals And Departures
- Early arrival
  Rooms check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the room/suite from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate room/suite availability for the best possible arrival experience.
  
  If you choose not to reserve an additional night for early arrival, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings.
  
  Late departure
  Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Beyond this time, late check-out charges are applied: until 6:00 pm 50% of the daily rate, after 6:00 pm 100% of the daily rate.
  
  If you choose not to reserve an additional night for late departure, please feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities while we store your belongings.
Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits
- Credit card details are required to confirm the booking. For safety reasons, credit card details must only be provided through a secure link that will be sent by our reservation team upon confirmation of booking. It will be used as a guarantee only and the payment of your stay will be due on the day of your departure from the resort. Exceptions apply during high and peak season, when the credit card will be charged 100 percent of the total stay, 30 days and 60 days respectively prior to arrival.
  
  Groups and Events Reservations
  Reservations for groups and events requiring five or more rooms are to be made directly with the resort as specific guarantee and cancellation policies apply. Block bookings of five or more rooms made via our website or an agency will not be honored without the resort’s specific authorization.
