    Peak Season (December 22 to January 10)
    Payment required:
    100 percent of stay will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
    Cancellation:
    59 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 50 percent of stay
    Up to 29 days prior to arrival date: 100 percent of stay

    High Season (November 1 to December 21 and January 11 to April 21)
    Payment required:
    100 percent of stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
    Cancellation:
    13 to 5 days prior to arrival date: 50 percent of stay
    Up to 4 days prior to arrival date: 100 percent of stay

    Low Season (April 22 to October 31)
    Payment required:
    100 percent of stay will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
    Cancellation:
    6 to 2 days prior to arrival date: 50 percent of stay
    1 day prior to arrival date: 100 percent of stay

• Family Plan

  • Children who are 11 years or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult guest. Children 12 years and older are charged at the adult supplement of USD 70++ per night. These supplemental charges are based on the total Villa occupancy.

    Baby crib is free of charge and is upon advance request. Babysitting service is available upon request with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. A charge applies.

    For all meals excluding breakfast, children aged five years or younger dine for free. Children aged six to 11 years dine at 50 percent, excluding children's menu.

• Arrivals And Departures

  • Early arrival
    The resort's check-in time is from 2:00 pm. If early check-in is required, we recommend reserving the room the night before (equivalent to one night full charge) for guaranteed access to the room upon arrival

    Late departure
    The resort's check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Extended check-out until 6:00 pm can be arranged at 50 percent of the prevailing Best Available Rate. Should you wish to extend to a later time, one night's room charge shall be applicable. Any extended check-out arrangement shall be subject to availability upon confirmation with the resort.

    Transportation Information
    The Krabey Island experience begins at the Sihanouk International Airport where our airport representative will be meeting you at the arrival hall holding a Six Senses Krabey Island sign board. You will be escorted to a shared vehicle transfer; a 15-minute drive through the Cambodian countryside that will bring you to our private mainland jetty and will be followed by a 15-minute boat ride to the Island. We require flight details at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a speedboat transfer. For more information or to confirm transportation, please contact reservations-krabey@sixsenses.com.

• Guaranteed Reservations And Deposits

  • Reservations are to be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer. Full or partial payment may be required depends on season or rate plan booked. Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of invalid credit card. Our reservation team may contact you for payment arrangement.
