All cancellations or amendments can only be accepted once they have been confirmed by the resort in writing. You will receive a cancellation number from us to confirm that your reservation has indeed been cancelled.

Children under 12 years old can share the same bedroom with two paying adults in Beachfront Pool Villa. The Family Beach Pool Villa offers separate sleeping and living areas where parents and children sleep in separate bedrooms.
Due to the architecture and the set-up of the resort, stays for very young children are not recommended in Hill Top Pool Villas, Two Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villas, Water Pool Villas, Rock Pool Villas and The Rock Retreat.
